We ask publishers to prove who they are before their payouts pass a set total. We may ask any member when we see a risk.

Only our finance staff can open your documents, and every opening is logged.

We keep them as long as anti-money-laundering law requires.

1. When we ask

Publishers: before a payout that would take your total payouts above the limit shown on your Payouts page.

Any member: when we see a risk, such as a large or unusual deposit, a reversed payment, accounts that look linked, or a request from a payment provider or an authority.

2. What we collect

Whether you act as a person or a company.

Your full legal name, or the company's name, and the country.

The kind of document, and up to six files (PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, 8 MB each): for example an identity document, or company registration papers.

A US tax form where it applies (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E).

3. Who sees it

Documents are kept in private storage, apart from the rest of your account.

Only staff with the finance role can open them. Every opening is written to the audit log with the staff member's name.

We check documents ourselves. We do not send them to an outside identity service.

The name and country you gave may appear on the payout statements we issue for you.

4. While we check

Your files cannot be changed while the review is open or after approval.

A payout that needs verification waits until it is approved.

A deposit can be held for review when the payment does not match what was asked.

If we cannot approve, we tell you what is missing and you can send new documents.

5. How long we keep itThe verification record and its documents are kept as long as anti-money-laundering and tax law requires, also after you close your account.6. Sanctions and prohibited use

You may not use Adqur if you, your company or its owners are on a sanctions list that applies to us, or if the law forbids us to do business with you.

Do not use the platform to hide where money comes from, to move money for someone else, or to pay in with a card or wallet that is not yours.

Payouts are made to you, at details you control, never to a third party.

We may refuse or hold a deposit or a payout, suspend an account and report to the authorities where the law requires it. The law may forbid us to tell you about a report.

7. Your rightsYou can ask what we hold and ask us to correct it. We cannot delete a verification record while the law requires us to keep it. Write to billing@adqur.com.
