Adqur is a self-serve ad network: advertisers buy popunder and direct link traffic, publishers sell it.

Advertisers prepay and pay only for impressions they win. Publishers earn a share of what advertisers pay for real traffic.

Both sides follow their guidelines. Breaking them can pause campaigns, hold earnings or close the account.

You can download your data or close your account at any time.

1. Who we areAdqure LLC ("we") runs Adqur. Contact: billing@adqur.com.By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy and the guidelines for your side (advertiser or publisher).2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to sign a contract for yourself or the company you represent.

Give accurate details and keep them up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity or company (KYC) before deposits or payouts, or when we see a risk.

Keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by team members and API keys you create.

One account per person or company unless we agree otherwise. No new accounts to get around a suspension.

3. For advertisers

Your balance is prepaid advertising credit in US dollars. It is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.

You are charged per impression you win, never above your bid (CPM, smart bidding or CPA). Our ad server counts are the basis for billing.

Traffic our filters flag as invalid is not charged. If we find invalid traffic later, we credit it back to your balance.

Balance is not refundable, except where the law requires it or, at our discretion, for unused paid funds less payment fees. Bonus credit is never refundable.

Chargebacks and reversed payments suspend the account until they are settled.

Campaigns must follow the Advertiser guidelines and are reviewed before they run.

4. For publishers

You earn the revenue share shown in your account on what advertisers pay for valid impressions on your zones.

Earnings are held for the period of your level so quality checks can finish, then become payable above the minimum payout.

We may hold, reverse or refund to advertisers any earnings from invalid, fraudulent or rule-breaking traffic, including from earlier periods.

Payouts go to the method and details you set. Payments sent to details you gave cannot be recovered by us.

Sites, zones and traffic must follow the Publisher guidelines.

5. Fees and taxesDeposit fees, the revenue share, minimums and hold times are shown in the platform and may change with notice. Amounts are in US dollars. Each party is responsible for its own taxes; where the law requires, we add VAT or a similar tax to invoices.6. Acceptable useDo not break the law, attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform or ad servers, get around filters, review or limits, resell access without our written agreement, or misuse other members' data.7. StatisticsDashboard statistics come from our ad servers and are the reference for billing and payouts. Figures can be adjusted after fraud checks.8. Suspension and closing

We may pause campaigns or zones, hold funds or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, carry legal or fraud risk, or harm visitors. Where we can, we tell you why.

You can close your account in Account settings. Withdraw your earnings first.

After closing, we keep money records for as long as tax law requires.

9. LiabilityThe platform is provided "as is". We do not promise any volume of traffic, sales or earnings, or uninterrupted service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us, or the earnings we paid you, in the three months before the claim.10. Your contentYou are responsible for your ads, landing pages, sites and content. You will cover us for claims caused by them or by your breach of these terms.11. ChangesWe may update these terms, fees and guidelines. For important changes we tell you in the platform and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.12. Law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws of the country where Adqure LLC is registered, and its courts decide disputes.
