Only real visitors, on sites you own, with legal content.

Show ads honestly: no tricks that force clicks or hide tags.

Clean traffic gets paid; invalid traffic earns nothing and can be reversed.

1. Traffic must be real

No bots, scripts, emulators, headless browsers, click farms or other automated traffic.

No incentivised traffic (rewarding visitors for views or clicks) unless we agree in writing.

No forced or accidental clicks: invisible layers, fake buttons, or misleading "download" or "play" buttons that open ads.

No auto-refresh, hidden or stacked tags, and no pops opened without a visitor action.

No traffic from adware, toolbars or malware, or bought from sources you cannot name.

Do not click your own ads or send test traffic for money.

We filter bots, data centres, proxies, VPNs and repeat visits automatically. Filtered visits earn nothing.2. Sites and content

You must own or control every site and verify it before it runs.

Not allowed: illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, pirated or copyright-infringing content, malware, hate or violence, and sites made only to show ads.

Adult sites must be marked as adult so they get the right ads.

Tell us about big changes to a site's content or traffic sources.

3. Tags, direct links and feeds

Use the code as given; do not change or hide it.

Keep the pop frequency reasonable for your visitors; the zone cap is a maximum, not a target.

Show direct links for what they are, never disguised as content, downloads or system messages.

XML/JSON feed and RTB partners must pass the real visitor IP and user agent and follow these same rules.

4. Privacy on your siteYour privacy notice must say that you show third-party ads and that the ad tag stores a frequency counter in the visitor's browser. Ask for consent where the law in your visitors' countries requires it.5. Earnings and payouts

You earn the revenue share shown in your account for every valid impression sold.

Earnings are held for the period of your level, then paid above the minimum payout to the method you set.

We may ask for identity or company verification and tax details before paying.

Earnings from invalid traffic are reversed and returned to advertisers, even after the hold period if fraud is found later.

6. When the rules are broken

Suspicious sub-IDs, zones or sites are paused and their earnings held while we check.

Confirmed invalid traffic: those earnings are reversed.

Fraud or serious breaches: the account is closed and unpaid earnings withheld, as the law allows.
