Who receives dataAt a glance

We share data only with companies that help us run Adqur, with demand partners that bid on ad requests, and when the law requires it.

Each one gets only what it needs for its job.

The address risk database we use is a file on our own servers: nothing about a visitor is sent to its maker.

1. Hosting

Cloudflare: runs the dashboard, the account database and our file storage (support files, identity documents, backups), and stands in front of our ad servers. All traffic to our site and ad domains passes through it, with the visitor's address. Why: hosting, protection from attacks, and the visitor's country and city.

Hetzner: the ad servers, in Germany. They hold the visit and click logs and what we remember about an address. Why: serving ads and keeping the logs.

2. Payments

Stripe: card deposits. We send the amount and a deposit reference; you give your card details to Stripe, not to us. Stripe tells us the card brand, the last four digits and a card fingerprint.

PayPal: PayPal deposits (the amount and a reference) and payouts by PayPal (your PayPal email and the amount).

NOWPayments: crypto deposits. We send the amount, the coin and a deposit reference.

Capitalist, where it is offered: deposits paid on Capitalist's own page. We send the amount and a deposit reference; Capitalist tells us when the order is paid.

Paxum, where it is offered: you send a transfer from your own Paxum account. We read our own account's list of received transfers (the amount, the note and the transfer number) to match yours to your deposit. We send Paxum nothing about you.

Bank wire, Payoneer, Western Union and Cash Plus, where they are offered: you pay outside the platform, to our account. We keep what you give us to find the payment: its reference and, for a cash transfer, the sender's name.

3. Messages

Resend: sends our emails. It gets your email address and the message.

Telegram, only if you connect it: your Telegram chat id and the notifications you chose to get there.

4. The assistant

Only where the assistant ("Ask") is switched on, and only when you use it: your question, and the parts of your own account it reads to answer it, are sent to the company whose model answers. That is Anthropic (United States) or DeepSeek (China). It reads only your own account and changes nothing on it. Your conversations are kept with your account and are in your data export.

5. Traffic quality

proxycheck.io: the visitor's IP address, to learn whether it belongs to a VPN, a proxy, Tor or a data centre. We keep the answer for a day.

Adscore: on a sample of visits, Adscore's script runs in the visitor's browser and reads the address, the browser and signals from the page to tell people from bots. We get a verdict back.

Risk and proxy databases held on our own servers: lists of risky addresses that we look up ourselves. No visitor data is sent to their makers.

6. Safety of landing pages

Google Safe Browsing and VirusTotal: the addresses of advertisers' landing pages and of publishers' fallback pages, to check them against lists of dangerous sites. Page addresses only, no visitor data.

7. Demand partnersPartners connected by feed or OpenRTB receive, for each ad request they may bid on: the visitor's IP address, user agent and browser details, language, country, device, system and browser; the page the visit came from; the zone and publisher numbers, the sub-ID and the site's categories; the lowest price accepted; and any consent signals the publisher's site gave. Why: so they can decide whether to bid, and how much. Each partner uses the data under its own privacy terms.8. Advertisers and publishers

Advertisers: the landing page can receive a click ID, the zone and campaign numbers, the cost, and the country, device, system and browser of the visit. We do not pass on the visitor's address or the publisher's page. The visitor's browser then opens the advertiser's page, which sees the visitor as any site does.

Publishers who set a conversion postback: their own click reference and sub-ID, the zone, country and device of a visit that converted. Never which advertiser, or what was paid.

9. Others

An error-monitoring service, if we switch one on: technical details of a software fault, such as the message and where it happened.

Authorities, courts and professional advisers, when the law requires it or to defend a legal claim.

A buyer of the business, if it is ever sold, under the same protections.

10. Transfers abroadOur ad servers are in Germany. Some providers above process data in other countries, including the United States and, for the assistant when DeepSeek answers, China. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Write to billing@adqur.com for details.11.
