We collect what we need to run the ad network, bill fairly and stop fraud.

We do not sell personal data, and this platform uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

You can download or delete your data yourself in Account settings.

1. Who is responsibleAdqure LLC is responsible for the data described here. Contact: billing@adqur.com.2. Account dataName, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), two-factor settings, company, billing, tax and payout details, payment references from our payment providers, support messages, and sign-in records (IP address, time, device) for security.3. Ad traffic dataFor each ad request: IP address, country, region, city, network (ISP), browser, operating system and version, device type, language, zone and time.We use it to run the auction, target campaigns, cap frequency, filter bots and fraud, bill and report. Advertisers see aggregated reports and a click ID for conversion tracking, never the visitor's IP address.4. Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for.

To prevent fraud and protect visitors, advertisers and publishers.

To meet tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering duties.

To send account and service messages. Marketing only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Who we share it withOnly providers that help us run the platform, under contract:

Hosting and network: Cloudflare, Hetzner.

Payments: Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments.

Email delivery, and Telegram if you connect it.

Fraud and proxy detection.

Demand partners connected through the exchange receive the ad request data they need to bid.

We also share data when the law requires it.6. Transfers abroadOur providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the US, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.7. How long we keep it

Raw ad events: 90 days. Click records: 35 days.

Aggregated statistics and account data: while the account exists.

Money records (deposits, payouts, invoices): as long as tax law requires, anonymised if you delete the account.

8. Your rightsYou can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and complain to your data protection authority. Download and delete are in Account settings; for anything else write to billing@adqur.com. We reply within 30 days.9. Cookies and storage

One essential cookie keeps you signed in.

Local storage remembers display choices such as language and theme.

On publishers' sites, the ad tag keeps a small frequency counter in the visitor's browser so the same person is not shown too many ads.

10. SecurityEncrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-factor sign-in and passkeys, staff access limited by role, audit logs and daily backups. If a breach affects you, we tell you as the law requires.11. ChildrenThe platform is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.12. ChangesWe publish updates on this page and tell members about important changes in the platform.
