Signed-in members: open a ticket under Support in the dashboard. It is the fastest way, because the ticket is tied to your account and you can attach files.

Everyone else: write to billing@adqur.com.

A ticket we answered closes by itself after 7 days without a reply. A ticket waiting for your answer closes after 14 days; we remind you first. You can reopen a closed ticket within 30 days by replying to it.

Files attached to a ticket are deleted 180 days after it closes.

4. Reporting an ad or a siteIf an ad served through Adqur is harmful, misleading or illegal, or a site in our network breaks our rules, write to billing@adqur.com. Give the address of the page where you saw it, the address the ad opened, the date and time, and your country. Reports of illegal content are passed to the authorities where the law requires it.5. Copyright and trademark complaintsWrite to billing@adqur.com with the work or the mark concerned, proof that you own it or act for the owner, the address of the page that infringes, and your contact details. We stop campaigns and sites that infringe and tell the member why.6. Requests about personal dataTo use your rights under the Privacy policy, write to billing@adqur.com from the address of your account, or open a ticket. Visitors of publishers' sites can write to the same address. We reply within 30 days.7. AuthoritiesRequests from courts and public authorities go to billing@adqur.com or by post to the address above. We answer requests that are valid under the law that applies to us.8.
