Adqur is for adults: every member must be at least 18.

Adult content is allowed only where it is legal, and only labelled as adult.

Adult ads run only on adult sites. Mainstream and adult never mix.

Never allowed anywhere: sexual content involving minors, and non-consensual content.

1. MembersYou must be at least 18 to open an account, and old enough to sign a contract where you live. We do not knowingly accept minors and close such accounts when we learn of them.2. Two kinds of traffic

Every site, zone, feed, campaign and demand partner is either mainstream or adult.

The member chooses the label. A moderator checks sites, feeds and campaigns and can change it. For a direct link with no site, the label is what the publisher declares.

Our ad servers refuse a mismatch: an adult campaign is shown only on adult zones, and a mainstream campaign only on mainstream zones. The same holds for demand partners.

Changing the label can send the site or campaign back to review.

3. What adult content must be

Legal in the country of the site and in every country a campaign targets.

Made with adults only, all of whom agreed to take part and to its publication.

Shown only under the adult label.

You are responsible for holding the proof of age and consent that the law asks of whoever publishes or advertises such content.4. Never allowed

Sexual content involving minors.

Non-consensual content, including content shared without the consent of the people in it.

Content that is illegal where it is shown.

Adult or shocking images in a mainstream campaign or on a mainstream site.

Illegal content is reported to the authorities, the account is closed, and unpaid funds may be withheld as the law allows.5. A wrong labelMarking an adult site or campaign as mainstream is a breach of the Terms of service. The site or campaign is stopped. Earnings from that traffic can be reversed and advertisers refunded. Repeated cases close the account.6. Visitors of publishers' sites

Ads from Adqur open on publishers' own sites. The publisher is responsible for the age rules that apply to their site, such as age checks and warnings, in each country their visitors come from.

We do not check the age of visitors, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We do not buy traffic that a partner marks as directed at children.

7. ReportingIf you see content on our network that should not be there, write to billing@adqur.com with the address of the page and what you saw. We look at every report.
